Why this company in business for over 20yrs cannot get things right all the times?

Security issues also not going any where and yet they think they are progressing.

They should not stop serving "Outlook Express Light" that's their best product ever since it was created.

They haven't stopped serving Outlook express. From what I understand they
just changed the name to Windows Mail.
